These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the toi.lab online store at www.toilab.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make through it. The Store is operated by Yona 3 LTD, HaRav Kuk Street 21, 6330260 Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel ("toi.lab", "we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

1. Products and age guidance

Our products are toys and play products. Age recommendations and safety warnings are stated on each product page and on the packaging; please follow them. Products are intended to be purchased by adults.

2. Orders and contract formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors; if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed by our payment providers. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if an error affects your order we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Delivery

Delivery destinations, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU/EEA consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Legal guarantee

EU consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. If a product is not in conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, under the conditions set out in applicable law.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are liable only for foreseeable damage resulting from our breach of these Terms, and we are not liable for business losses.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the Store, including the toi.lab, LOOPS®LAB, HOOPS® and The OffBits® names, logos, product designs, images and text, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of habitual residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection law; otherwise, by the laws of Israel. You may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
