Where we ship

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Frankfurt, Germany. We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy and Romania. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–5 business days depending on your destination. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier delays can occasionally occur.

Costs, taxes and duties

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. All prices include VAT. Because orders ship from within the EU, no customs duties or import fees apply.

Pre-order items

Pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, according to the estimated date shown on the product page. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together once all items are available. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

Gift cards

Gift cards are delivered by email and do not require shipping.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, contact us at saleseu@toilab.com with your order number. Items damaged in transit will be replaced or fully refunded (see our Refund Policy).
